Velsys expands with new hires in London, Asia and Australia
Kevin Ashby, Chairman and CEO of Velsys Limited (formally Velocity Systems International Pty), a leading developer of innovative software that integrates bank, broker and client-side FX dealing technology, today announced the appointment of new hires in London, Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia.

The expansion in the global team demonstrates the commitment of the new management team and Board of Directors to provide local market expertise and quality service levels.
Andrew Edwards has joined as Chief Operating Officer, based at Velsys corporate headquarters in London. Previously Andy was responsible for both product management and development at Patsystems, a derivatives trading systems vendor.
Joining in Asia are Raj Maiden and James Mills. Raj Maiden is based in Singapore and is working with clients across South East Asia. Raj comes to Velsys via Standard Chartered, Rabobank, Credit Lyonnais and Bloomberg and has also worked with an Islamic Finance consultancy firm. James Mills is based in Hong Kong and is working with clients in North East Asia. James comes to Velsys with a deep understanding of the e-FX markets having previously worked at RBS, Standard Chartered and FXall.
In addition, Craig Kemp has joined as Director of Development, based in Adelaide. Craig has a solid track record of managing development and support operations having previously worked at Statewide Financial Management Systems and software house Bravura Solutions.
