Exegy adds Bill Cline to board

Exegy, the market data appliance company, announced today the addition of Bill Cline to the Exegy Board of Directors.

Mr. Cline has 27 years of experience working with all segments of the financial markets industry. He has been influential in driving innovation in electronic data, trading systems, and electronic markets including the first LAN-based trading and market data platform Triarch, the first global equities datafeed Marketfeed 2000, the first commercial ticker plant Real-time TiPS, and the design, build, and launch of new electronic exchanges and Alternative Trading Systems (ATSs) across multiple asset classes.

Cline held many senior leadership positions at Accenture from 1993 to 2007, serving as the Global Managing Partner for the firm's capital markets industry practice. He is now the Managing Partner of consulting and advisory firm The Cline Group and serves on the Board of Directors of CorrectNet, Inc., a leading client and risk reporting managed services provider.
