Dublin-based, innovative Payment Gateway WorldNet TPS has completed an investment round with US payments industry expert David Dove, for an undisclosed sum.
It was also announced that Mr. Dove will join the board of WorldNet.
Mr. Dove is currently managing partner of Dove Capital Partners LLC, an investing and consulting firm, where his investing activities are focused on early-stage and growth opportunities that show significant growth and valuation potential. Mr Dove is a 25 year Payment Industry veteran, having founded and run the Dove Consulting Group, a recognised leader in providing consulting services to the broader strategic questions faced by banks, transaction processing companies, networks and financial services technology companies. In 2005 he sold the firm to Hitachi Consulting, the U.S. consulting subsidiary of Hitachi, Ltd.
