CLS Group today announced two senior appointments. Carol Simon joins as Executive Vice President, Risk Management reporting to CEO, Rob Close. Cynthia Tazioli, formerly Head of North America Sales at BT Radianz, joins as the company's Head of Sales and Relationship Management, reporting to Rachael Hoey, Director, Business Development. Both Carol and Cynthia will be based in CLS's New York office.
"We are thrilled to have both Cynthia and Carol join the team," said Rob Close, CEO. "Both bring significant experience in their areas of expertise. Carol will make an excellent contribution to the Risk Management function and to the commercial evolution of CLS. Cynthia's main focus will be to develop our critical customer relationships and ensure that our service proposition continues to meet the demands of our clients in an ever-changing market environment."
Carol had her own consultancy on risk management. Prior to this, she was Managing Director and Global Head of Hedge Fund Credit at Deutsche Bank in New York for several years, and has also held senior risk management roles at Chase and BNP Paribas.
At BT Radianz, a supplier of communication and hosting services for the financial services industry, Cynthia was responsible for leading the business development team focussed on the Radianz North American provider community. She joined BT Radianz in 2001 and prior to this; Cynthia held senior sales positions within a number of financial services technology providers - most recently at Datastream and Documentum.
