M&A adds Afsaneh Naimollah and Kevin Ashby to team

Marlin & Associates New York ("M&A"), the boutique investment banking firm specializing in acquisitions and divestitures of U.S. and international middle-market technology, information and business services firms, announced today that Afsaneh Naimollah has joined the firm's investment banking advisory team as a Partner, based in New York City.

For over twenty years, Ms. Naimollah has advised a wide range of multinational and middle-market technology-based clients. For ten of those years, Ms. Naimollah was Global Head of the Technology Group at Barclays Capital, where her team was represented in New York, San Francisco, London, Paris, Frankfurt, Tokyo and Taipei. Her clients have included companies in the broad based software, peripherals, distribution, electronics, satellites, hardware and medical technology industries. She will lead M&A's activities in these areas.

Ms. Naimollah has advised a range of multinational and middle-market companies, including: Planar System in the corporate carve-out of its medical imaging operations; National Display on its sale to Riverside Partners; Gartner on the sale of its Tech Republic subsidiary to CNet; Clayton, Dubilier & Rice on its acquisitions of Lexmark and WESCO; and National Education Corporation on its sale to Harcourt. She has also executed multiple capital markets and advisory transactions with Motorola, Dell, Intel, Logica, Atos, Cap Gemini, and General Electric.

Prior to Marlin & Associates, Ms. Naimollah was the Founder and Managing Partner of Chela Capital Partners, a merger and acquisition advisory firm focused on the healthcare and technology industries. She is a current Board Member of ON2 Technologies (AMEX:ONT), which is in the process of being acquired by Google.

Ms. Naimollah received her MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in International Finance. She has also attended the Financial Executive Program at Northwestern University. She lives in New York City, where she is active in a number of not-for-profit initiatives to advance causes of women and children.

Separately, Marlin & Associates New York LLC ("M&A"), the boutique investment banking firm specializing in acquisitions and divestitures of U.S. and international middle-market technology, information and business services firms, today announced that Kevin Ashby has joined the firm's investment banking advisory team as a Senior Advisor. He will be based in London, England.

Mr. Ashby is a former partner at global accounting firm KPMG; an entrepreneur who formed and led WISe E-Commerce (successfully sold in 2001); was CEO of Patsystems Plc (AIM: PTS); Chairman of Anvil Software Ltd (London), (successfully sold in 2006); and most recently Chairman and CEO of Saxo Bank's Asia Pacific capital markets business (Singapore).
