SuperDerivatives adds David Gertler to strategic sales team

SuperDerivatives (SD), the derivatives benchmark and multi-asset front office system, has expanded its global team for strategic sales with the appointment of one of the industry's leading enterprise integration experts, David Gertler.

Gertler will be responsible for expanding the company's reach and capacity in the global banking and capital markets sectors. He will use his extensive experience to work with key clients in integrating SD's solutions to back, middle and front office functions.

Gertler joins SD from IBM, where he was responsible for solution development and implementation within the Business Consulting practice. At IBM, he was a leading authority on key business and technology issues facing the capital markets sector. He has also held senior business and information technology positions at Salomon Brothers, EJV Partners and Reuters, where he managed a range of enterprise projects.

Throughout his career, Gertler has authored and presented numerous articles on enterprise strategy and integration. He will continue to serve as a senior advisor to the EDM Council, an industry organisation devoted to addressing the challenges of enterprise data management.
