Today, Signify, the secure identity management company, announced the appointment of Brian Milnes as vp of its international sales operation.

With 20 years IT industry experience Brian has a string of business growth successes to his name. In 1992 he became the commercial architect behind the complete domination of the UK anti-virus market with Dr. Solomons – driving a 600% growth in less than 3 years. In 1999 he implemented a recovery and turnaround for the UK arm of IT security reseller Priority Data – growing the business by 300% in just 12 months.

His technical and commercial business acumen has led to many years of public speaking. Brian has been invited to present on PKI and IDS by CapGemini Ernst & Young and Deloitte Touche.

Brian comments, "Signify has a stable customer base and a wealth of expertise in the identity management and secure authentication arena. I am looking forward to significantly developing their channel partner programme and in turn educating businesses on the ease with which they can adopt secure authentication and identity management solutions."
