As international channel manager, he was responsible for developing and driving global business. This included establishing blue chip distributors in Australia, Turkey, UAE, Indonesia, the US and supplying terminals to South Africa's largest acquirer.

Rob was also part of the Dione team responsible for increasing revenues by 70% and transforming the company into the UK's number one terminal supplier for chip and pin solutions.

"I am thrilled to join ACT at such a exciting point in the company's development," Rob said. "It is an established leader of smart card and loyalty solutions and already has strong partnerships in place to extend its reach even further. I look forward to building and capitalising on this success."

Gary Watts, managing director at ACT, commented: "We are seeing strong demand for our loyalty applications from our partners and customers. Rob's proven track record of winning major new customers and executing strategic initiatives will be a valuable asset to ACT.
