John has nearly 25 years of industry experience and joins from Barclays UK where he was head of application delivery developing extensive IT leadership experience and a proven track record for delivering large scale IT solutions in multiple business sectors at the likes of Xansa (now Steria) and Andersen Consulting. He has also overseen successful service delivery from India in both IT and BPO.
