Fritz Klein quits SIS

Fritz T Klein has resigned from his post as Head of Group Services and Strategic Projects of the SIS Group with effect from 31 July 2004.

Klein is leaving the Group to pursue a self-employed activity. All business units hitherto managed by Fritz T Klein will in future be directly responsible to Heinz Haeberli SIS Group's CEO.

In June 2000, Fritz T Klein joined the Executive Board of SIS SegaInterSettle AG as Head of Strategic Projects. Since January 2002, he has led the Group Services and Strategic Projects division of the SIS Group. In the past four years, Fritz T Klein, an outstanding personality with profound knowledge of the securities industry has helped to shape the company's strategic direction. The SIS Group deeply regrets his decision.
