Litle & Co hires Tom Pouliot as payments evangelist

Litle & Co., a leading payment management platform for merchants in direct-to-consumer commerce, today announced the appointment of longtime payment industry executive Tom Pouliot as Payments Evangelist.

Assuming the newly created role of Litle & Co.'s Payments Evangelist, Pouliot will provide continuing education for employees and merchants while also serving as briefings executive on the payments industry-at-large, market trends, issues and competitive positioning. He will also hold a key role in product marketing, helping current and prospective merchants understand the important advantages of working with Litle & Co.

Pouliot brings two decades of payment processing and bankcard industry experience to this new position. Prior to joining Litle & Co., Pouliot had founded his own independent sales organization (ISO), Alliance Merchant Services. Previously, he had served as Vice President of Payment Processing for Promisant Ltd., a multi-currency processing company located in Hamilton, Bermuda. He also held a high-profile role as Vice President of Electronic Commerce for MasterCard International, where he served on the International Security Committee, the International Operating Committee and was a representative on the EMV Chip card standards board. Pouliot's Litle & Co. roots reach back to his role as Product Manager at the original Litle & Co. of Salem, New Hampshire.
