Today, Beauchamp Financial Technology (BFT) announced that it has appointed Siva Subramaniam to its Hong Kong office as Regional Head of Sales for Asia Pacific.
Subramaniam joins BFT from the Galleon Group, an established hedge fund manager in New York, where he was Chief Information Officer. Previously, he managed sales for KPOS Systems and ICL Systems in Asia Pacific. He will report to Sean Morgan, Beauchamp’s Head of International Sales.
In addition, BFT has increased its client service presence in Hong Kong from six to nine people. Sebastian Kent, Beauchamp’s Director of Client Services said, "We have built up our support and implementation capacity in Hong Kong over the last two years and now have an experienced team in place. Over this period, we have implemented 20 clients in five countries in Asia Pacific, a number that represents a significant portion of our global business and which is a significant percentage of the hedge fund managers in the region. This further increase in staff demonstrates our commitment to providing first class client service whilst enabling additional business expansion."
