In his new position, Mr. Coleman will provide EPX's innovative payment processing services to banks and Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs) in the U.S. and internationally.

EPX is uniquely positioned as a payment processor to offer its services through banks and ISOs because it is one of the few processors that has the capability to process payments through all channels: at the point-of-sale (POS), Internet, and mail order/telephone order (MOTO); for all transaction types: credit, debit, PINless debit, and ACH; and globally using EPX's Dynamic Currency Processing.

Mr. Coleman will assist banks and ISOs in growing their merchant portfolios and increasing their revenue by providing EPX's portfolio evaluation services, side-by-side sales, product demonstrations, customer seminars, and bank and merchant training support and services.

Ray Moyer, Chief Executive Officer and President of EPX said, "Since the launch of BuyerWall, EPX has seen significant growth, particularly in the banking channel. We are building a high performance organization, and John's banking experience, coupled with his strong track record in sales and developing partnerships will continue to fuel our growth."

A life-long resident of the of the greater Philadelphia area, Mr. Coleman has held several senior positions in regional banking organizations.
