"Henry is the ideal operations executive, combining big-company experience with an entrepreneurial spirit," says Kerry Smithers, Tradeware's chief executive officer. "He understands what it takes to design, implement and maintain a global network. More importantly, he has the energy, vision and competitive drive to ensure that our service uptime is the best in the industry."
Comments Mayorga: "Tradeware is a nimble company with leading-edge technology and experienced management. The company's expansion into the cross-border exchange and settlement business earlier this year reflects Tradeware's commitment to new global opportunities. I am delighted to be part of this exceptional team."
