iFinix Corp. (Pink Sheets: INIX), a provider of real-time financial information and services to active traders and to the securities industry, announced today that it has named Douglas Hugh Spadaro as the new chairman of the company.
Mr. Spadaro was previously the chief executive officer of the company.
Mr. Spadaro brings close to thirty years' experience in both management and financial services. Mr. Spadaro has held management positions in such companies as Citicorp, ABN/AMRO and Paget Group. Mr. Spadaro has a B.S. in Finance and Micro Economics.
Doug Spadaro said, "I am honored to be asked to serve as the chairman of the company, I would like to inform our shareholders that the company is stable and we will continue to work on completing the tasked we had set for this year and to carry on the legacy of our founder Mr. Dhruvanand Budhu."
The company's Board of Directors will meet and decide on filling the various positions opened.
