Jim Baumgartner, President and CEO, Moneris Solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Samir Zabaneh as Moneris Solutions' new Chief Financial Officer.

Samir brings considerable business acumen and senior level experience to his new mandate. He has gained strong credentials as a Chief Financial Officer in the private and public sectors through positions of increasing responsibility at PricewaterhouseCoopers, CIT (formerly Newcourt Capital Inc.), Q9 Networks and Fortress Investment Group. Holder of both CPA and MBA designations, he is a member of several professional associations and advisory boards.
