Linedata Services (Bloomberg: LIN.FP), announced today that it has promoted Dan Pagano to develop strategic alliances for its front- and back-office businesses in North America.

Dan joined Linedata Services in January 2006 to develop the LyNX Electronic Trading Service offering, growing that platform to more than 80 clients, with over 2000 live connections. Dan also supervised the expansion of the firm's Liquidity Alliance Program (LAP), which gives LongView Trading clients direct access to markets, trading portals, ECNs, ATSs, and algorithmic trading tools.

"Dan has done an amazing job growing LyNX and LAP in a very short period of time," said Annie Morris, Managing Director for Linedata Services for the North America Region. "Dan has a real talent for building trading partnerships, and this new role allows Linedata to focus on developing similar partnerships across the front- and back-office."
