Reporting to Paul Ashton, Director and Head of Consultancy, Simon will be responsible for further expanding Quadrant's risk and compliance consulting business. Simon joins from Lloyds TSB where he gained in-depth experience of risk, compliance and change management. Most recently, as Group Basel II Programme Director, Simon led the programme for rolling out the required compliance business and IT solutions. In this role he represented the Lloyds TSB Group on industry bodies lobbying the EU, the FSA and HM Treasury.
