IFDS names Simon Hudson-Lund CEO

International Financial Data Services (IFDS), the international transfer agency joint venture between State Street Corporation and DST Systems, Inc., announced today that Simon Hudson-Lund has become Chief Executive Officer.

Prior to this appointment, he was Chief Operating Officer.

Simon Hudson-Lund joined IFDS as Managing Director in 2003, becoming Chief Operating Officer in 2005 and since then has successfully managed the day to day IFDS business. Prior to joining IFDS Simon spent five years at Legal & General, where he was Managing Director responsible for providing unit trust administration services to one of the largest fund managers in the UK.
