DCI, a provider of full-service bank technology and processing solutions to the financial industry, announced the addition of Phyllis Gallegos as a customer relationship manager for the company's West Coast customers.
Gallegos is responsible for ensuring customers continue to receive thorough service, support and consultation regarding DCI products and services, including iCore, the company's scalable core processing and bank management software.
Gallegos brings to DCI more than 10 years of executive banking experience in information technology systems, compliance, operations and customer service, including many as a former DCI client at Farmington, N.M.-based Citizens Bank and Bayfield, Colo.-based Pine River Valley Bank.
