The new hires further strengthen the FX team in Copenhagen and reflect the bank's increased focus on enhancing professionalism and integration.

Steven Bellamy will be part of the market makers of major currencies, while Matt Strang will work within the exotic currencies team. Both will report to Steven Braithwaite. Steven joins Saxo Bank from JP Morgan where he worked as an analyst on the FX Spot Trading Desk. Matt previously worked at Bank of America in base/precious Metals Operations, where he assisted with the planning and build-out of the newly set-up Metals Department.

Charles Henri-Sabet, Saxo Bank Senior Executive Director and SEM Member, welcomes both Steven and Matt to the group.

"I extend them both a very warm welcome to our fast growing team," he says. "These additional appointments are part of our broader expansion plan, as the Bank continues to strengthen our FX team in Copenhagen."
