Financial Objects plc, an international supplier of software solutions for the banking, wealth management and energy sectors, has today announced its appointment of Peter Dingomal as sales director for its Wealth Management division.
Dingomal, whose career spans more than 20 years in the financial technology sector, brings experience from Advent and Odyssey Asset Management Systems to Financial Objects.
Working closely with the Wealth Management division's newly appointed managing director, Brent Randall, Dingomal will be responsible for driving sales to help the division double its client base over the next two years. Dingomal's appointment is one of several in the quickly expanding Wealth Management team at Financial Objects.
"More than ever firms in this space are turning to technology solutions to increase their assets under management, without having to increase headcount. Financial Objects enables them to do this, while also facilitating informed decision-making and more personalised customer service," said Peter Dingomal, sales director of the Financial Objects Wealth Management division. "The company is exceptionally well-placed to meet the needs of this growing market. I am pleased to be on board and look forward to progressing the opportunities that lie ahead."
Prior to joining Financial Objects Dingomal was a sales director for GL Trade's Capital Markets Solutions division. Before this, he worked as business development manager for Peter Evans & Associates. During his time there, Dingomal was instrumental in growing the company's revenues by 50%.
Dingomal also worked at Systems Access, where he developed and led its European sales team, and at Advent Switzerland where he was managing director. Before this, Dingomal held a number of positions at Odyssey Asset Management Systems. In his earlier career he worked at BIS Banking Systems and Standard Chartered Bank.
Brent Randall, managing director of the Wealth Management division at Financial Objects, commented: "With his extensive experience, we believe that Peter Dingomal will play a vital part in driving our business in the private client wealth management market, from private banks to family offices. His international credentials will also prove invaluable as we expand the business across the continent."
