Reval, a global leader in financial risk management solutions and services, today announced the appointment of Steve Rosenberg to its Board of Directors.
Rosenberg is SVP of Phase Forward, one of the leading providers of data management solutions for clinical trials and drug safety.
At Phase Forward, Rosenberg oversees product development, product management, the North American services organization and the company's worldwide production hosting operation.

Rosenberg has over 27 years experience in the software industry. Prior to Phase Forward, Rosenberg served as the Senior Vice President of Development and Client Services at W3 Health, where he led the development and implementation of the company's flagship healthcare analytics ASP environment, and participated in venture capital activities and sales campaigns. Rosenberg's extensive career has included prior leadership roles at McKessonHBOC (formerly HPR, Inc.), Sales Technologies (a division of Dun & Bradstreet) and TRINZIC (formerly AICorp).
In addition to his professional work, Rosenberg currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for St. Ann's Home, a school and residential facility for disturbed and abused children.
