Validata Software Ltd, a global financial technology provider of testing and data migrations solutions, announced today the appointment of George Winch, new Global Alliances Director.
To broaden the sales and services capacity of Validata, George has been recruited to manage all relationships with external companies through the partner channel. By developing global relationships with software vendors, Validata aim to build upon our strong foundations operating both direct and indirect sales channels in the financial services sector.
George commented: "I have an experienced and a broad knowledge of the software industry and banking sector ranging from retail, treasury, corporate and wholesale banking. In my new role as the Global Alliances Director, I will be looking to obtain relationships with local system integration companies through the development of 'Solution Centers', the coverage of the required services capabilities for the testing and data migration products, in supporting new clients will be enhanced".
George worked as Business Solutions Manager for an international software solutions and professional services company. George was responsible for the sales engagements with new/existing prospects and cultivating new opportunities from existing clients. Prior to that he held different positions in training, pre-sales, alliances and account management in the banking software industry for 7 years and international banking sector for almost 10 years where he gained extensive experience in products such as payments, collections, trade finance and foreign exchange.
