CMA names Paul Vickery director, support and client services

CMA, the credit information specialist, today announced the appointment of Paul Vickery as Director of Support and Client Services, to enhance the service CMA provides to its rapidly growing global client base.

CMA's market leading price discovery service, QuoteVision and its same day price verification service, DataVision, continue to attract significant numbers of new clients - 100% of the top 15 investment banks are now numbered amongst them. Vickery heads CMA's global client support teams and is responsible for ensuring they continue to provide a high standard of service to CMA's expanding customer base.

Vickery is well versed in what it takes to provide excellent customer service. He joins CMA from GFI, where he was Global Support and Professional Services Manager. This was a pivotal strategic role, where he was responsible for a global team of business analysts, developers and support staff. Prior to GFI Vickery worked with leading companies such as Reuters, IBM, Sun Microsystems and Société Générale, undertaking a number of high level customer support and consultancy assignments. Vickery graduated with a BSc Hons in Electrical Engineering from City University, London.
