SimCorp has promoted William Fraser to professional services manager, Australia and New Zealand, reporting to SimCorp Asia managing director, Peter Hill.

He will lead the team of consultants that implement new SimCorp Dimension systems and projects, and provide support for existing clients.

Fraser, who joined SimCorp in April 2006, has extensive experience in Australia and overseas in managing business and IT projects in the funds management environment. Prior to joining SimCorp, he worked on projects with Deutsche Bank, Bankers Trust and Westpac, amongst others.

"William has played a leading role in two major implementations since he joined SimCorp and is a key member of the team that is successfully converting one of Australia's largest and most complex fund managers to SimCorp Dimension," says Peter Hill.

"SimCorp has a long track record of successful implementations - every time, with every customer," he added. "William's experience will ensure we maintain that consistency as we build our presence in this market."
