Campbell joins RBS Lynk from Chase Paymentech, where he was most recently vice president of compliance and fraud investigations.
Campbell will head the Credit Risk group which is responsible for RBS Lynk's credit analysis, credit approval and portfolio management functions. During his tenure with Chase Paymentech, he established a department to manage credit and risk for that organization's national portfolio and partner programs.
"Mike Campbell's group will be instrumental in RBS Lynk's pursuit of high reward business segments such as card-not-present and other high-volume areas, with appropriate risk management processes," said Larry C. Wine, president and CEO of RBS Lynk. "Mike brings more than 30 years of experience in credit and risk management, including 15 years in the merchant bankcard credit and risk management field."
Campbell was senior credit officer with Chase Merchant Services prior to its integration with Paymentech. Previously, he served in prominent roles at First Data Merchant Services, Barnett Merchant Services Corporation and Goldome Acceptance Corporation.
