Bravura Solutions names Nick Parsons CTO

Bravura Solutions Limited (Bravura) - a leading global supplier of wealth management applications and professional services - today announces that it has expanded its global executive team with the appointment in London of Nick Parsons as the company's Chief Technology Officer.

Parsons will be based in Bravura's London office. He joins the company from DST International Limited (DSTi), where as Chief Technology Officer he was responsible for driving technical innovation across a diverse product range. At DSTi, Parsons devised, promoted and drove the implementation of complex global projects - a strategic role aiming to align the company's product and technology solutions with its business objectives.

Bravura's Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Mr Iain Dunstan said: "We are delighted to have Nick on board and are confident in the high level of leadership, people management, knowledge and understanding he will bring to the role. He has an impressive 22 plus years in the IT industry and his experience with large asset managers and third party administrators will be beneficial.

"We look forward to Nick developing the overall IT and data strategies to align our products and service offerings with client needs, and supporting the growth of the company globally."

Prior to his role as Chief Technology Officer at DSTi, Parsons was Technical Strategy Manager for the company. His primary responsibilities were to set up the technical architecture group to manage and own application architecture and infrastructure, supplier relationship management and selection of development tools.

Parsons said: "I am extremely pleased to join Bravura - the company is currently in an exciting growth phase. I look forward to working with Iain Dunstan and Bravura's expanding global team to deliver positive outcomes for clients and shareholders, and working to further develop Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) as part of Bravura's new technology offering to take to market.

"In my previous role, I worked closely with clients to define and achieve their strategic goals - I am excited to have the opportunity to apply these skills to accomplish the same with Bravura's clients."

Parsons has a Bachelor of Science, Computing and Electroniics from Durham University.

He is due to begin his role on 30 July 2007.
