Parsons said: "I am extremely pleased to join Bravura - the company is currently in an exciting growth phase. I look forward to working with Iain Dunstan and Bravura's expanding global team to deliver positive outcomes for clients and shareholders, and working to further develop Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) as part of Bravura's new technology offering to take to market.

"In my previous role, I worked closely with clients to define and achieve their strategic goals - I am excited to have the opportunity to apply these skills to accomplish the same with Bravura's clients."
