EGT Group names Chris Lesieur COO

"The Board of Directors has decided to appoint Chris Lesieur (until now Head of German Operations) as Chief Operating Officer of the EGT Group.

In his new position Chris will be responsible for all marketing, sales, production and personnel operations of the whole Group. He will look after day-to-day activities while providing feedback to Gérard Stevenin, CEO, who will ensure that shareholders interests are adequately represented in all strategic matters and decisions. Francois Peret (until now Head of French Operations) will assist Chris in this role - especially with EGT's French operations and business in the insurance field.

Furthermore the board has decided to appoint Manfred Muehlan (Central European Competence Centre, Frankfurt) Chief Product Strategist for the whole Group. In this role, Manfred will be responsible for strategy for all future software product developments across all entities of the Group and build an appropriate structure for successful implementation, production and maintenance. He will be assisted in this role by Jean Claude Morlier (West European Development Centre, Bordeaux), who will take on increased responsibilities in the area of offshore development and production. These changes will take effect immediately."
