Stuart Mackenzie has been named Director of Global Services at Fraud Management Technologies (FMT), a leading provider of E-Application Intelligence and online fraud prevention solutions. He will be based in England.

An expert in global e-commerce fraud mitigation, Mr. Mackenzie will oversee the strategy, development and implementation of services for partners and clients. He also will assist with the expansion of FMT alliances and business growth.

"Stuart's extensive skill set and international expertise will help FMT effectively manage our business relationships - a critical component of our explosive growth strategy," says FMT CEO Kostas Siourthas. "His leadership will be a valuable asset as even more clients in myriad industries implement our revolutionary online fraud prevention products."

Mr. Mackenzie previously oversaw e-commerce fraud prevention strategies in GE Money's Global Fraud Management team, implementing leading-edge anti-phishing and e-fraud risk solutions.

Before that, he served as Remote Channel Fraud Strategy and Policy Manager at Barclays Bank where he pioneered anti-fraud solutions in response to the emergence of phishing and delivered 3D Secure technology to Barclaycard's credit and debit card portfolios.

Mr. Mackenzie is a former member of APACS' E-Banking Fraud Liaison Group (the UK's Association for Payment and Clearing Services), and won the 2005 Anti-Fraud Strategy of the Year honour at the UK's Finance Sector Technology Awards.
