Under the terms of the agreement, FIS will continue providing computer operations, print, systems programming and disaster recovery services, as well as maintenance, support and development of the Systematics product suite, in addition to third-party products utilized by TD Banknorth. FIS will also provide application currency services to ensure TD Banknorth is current with the most recent Systematics release. Systematics is a comprehensive suite of retail banking applications, offering componentized customer support, deposits, lending and financial and management systems.
