SunGard announced today that Ronald Madey has been appointed to the new position of chief investment officer for SunGard Advisor Technologies, a provider of investment management programs and wealth management platform solutions for financial services organizations.
Madey has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry focused on investment and wealth management.
Prior to SunGard, he was vice president and national director of investments at Lincoln Financial Group, and was U.S. national practice leader of asset consulting services at Towers Perrin.
At SunGard, Mr. Madey will leverage his knowledge and experience in investment program management, asset allocation, multi-manager investment structures and wealth management to expand SunGard's expertise in helping financial institutions to better manage client portfolios and more effectively serve private clients.
