Cross Border Exchange promotes Gary Brackenridge to CEO
Cross Border Exchange Corporation (Crossbordex), a New York based provider of innovative securities trade processing and middle office automation solutions, is pleased to announce the promotion of Gary Brackenridge, formerly Chief Product and Business Development Officer, to Chief Executive Officer.

Since joining the company in 2001, Gary has served as head of product development and sales. He replaces Joe Anastasio who steps down as CEO to focus his attention on managing key client relationships and strategic opportunities to help position Crossbordex for future growth. Mr. Anastasio will continue to serve as a Director of Crossbordex and as Vice Chairman of the Board.

Crossbordex also announces that John Entwistle has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Since joining the company from Lehman Brothers in early 2002, John has served as Chief Information Officer. Alan Greenberg has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Product Management. Alan, formerly of Market XT and Instinet, has more than two decades of experience managing product, technology, and business areas in the financial services industry. Richard Naramore has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Service Delivery. Rick has many years of diverse technology implementation experience in the financial services industry encompassing portfolio management, fixed income and derivatives trading, securities operations, treasury, and equity research. Naor Yuval has been promoted to Director of Systems Development. Since joining the company in 2001 Naor has been a key figure in developing Cross Border Exchange's industry leading technology.
