Working alongside Cryptomathic's pan-European team, Alexandre will be responsible for providing pre and post sales technical design support to its customers globally.

Alexandre, who previously held a sales management role for the Data Security Group at RSA, has extensive experience within the banking sector and of overseeing security implementations for large corporate and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) customers. Based at Cryptomathic's Cambridge office in the UK, Alexandre will build on his existing knowledge, focusing his specialist skills on the provision of security solutions within the banking community.

Commenting on his new role, Alexandre says: "Cryptomathic has an impressive reputation for delivering security solutions to a wide range of commercial markets, and it was this globally recognised expertise which attracted me to the organisation. Having worked in the security market for a number of years, and being familiar with the many talented individuals within Cryptomathic, I am looking forward to being part of the team and contributing to the high profile card payment and e-banking security solutions that Cryptomathic facilitates."

Prior to working at RSA, Alexandre was a Network Security Engineer at Société Générale and a Smart Card Technology Consultant at Gemplus (Gemalto). Alexandre has a Masters of Science in IT degree from the National College for Electronics and Computer Science of Bordeaux, France, and currently holds a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
