Level5, a strategic consulting and financial facilities development firm, named Cheryl Waybright senior project development manager.
In this position, Waybright is responsible for facilitating the strategy and development of real estate solutions.

A 19-year veteran in the corporate real estate industry, Waybright was recently named to the International Facility Management Association's 2006 class of fellows. Established to recognize the elite core of respected industry leaders in the facility management field, this is the highest honor that the group can bestow on a member.
Prior to joining Level5, Waybright was a director in the Global Corporate Services team at CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), the world's largest commercial real estate services firm. There she provided solutions to the firm's integrated and facility management accounts in business development, transition and facility operations. Before CBRE, Waybright was a senior manager in BellSouth's Corporate Real Estate & Services organization where over 6 years she lead both Strategic Planning and Tactical Planning teams and last, she managed its facility operations in Georgia comprising 6.1 million square feet, 1,400 locations and a $34 million annual budget.
Waybright was also director of project development for another firm specializing in the development and implementation of facilities growth strategies for the financial market.
Waybright is a LEED Accredited Professional and a certified facility manager through the International Facility Management Association. She also holds real property administrator and facilities management administrrator certifications through the Building Owner's Management Institute and is a certified Interior Designer by the National Council of Interior Design Qualification. Waybright is a member of the Georgia Tech Advisory Committee for the Integrated Facility and Property Management Graduate Degree Program and has been an advisor to Virginia Tech's Interior Design Program in its College of Architecture.
