Citadel raids Charles River for North American head
Citadel Associates, a leading provider of financial software to the global financial services industry, is pleased to welcome Richard Enfield as Head of North American Operations. Rick will be responsible for all aspects of North American operations including professional services, support, training and administration.

Rick has more than 23 years of experience in the Financial Services sector, most recently as Director of the Product Management group at Charles River Development. As the founder of the group, Rick was responsible for establishing and executing the product strategy for all aspects of Charles River's product suite. Prior to his Product Management role, Rick was the Director of Client Services, where he was responsible for all client-facing activities.

Prior to Charles River, Rick was a Vice President at State Street Bank, where managed a team of 40 fund administration staff. Before State Street, Rick was Vice President at Signature Financial Group and a financial services sector Audit Manager at Coopers and Lybrand.
Rick is a speaker at numerous industry events, and is a licensed CPA in Massachusetts. He has a degree in business, with a concentration in accounting, from Tulane University.
