Xcitek, the leading global provider of market data, Corporate Actions software and consulting services, announced today that Patricia N. Reilly has joined the company as Sales Executive with responsibility for selling its full line of market data products and services.

The appointment of Reilly to this newly-created sales position directly responds to the success of its data solutions - specifically, Xcitek Class Actions, a service launched in July of 2005 to help financial professionals identify, track and respond to Securities Class Actions. Reilly will report directly to Richard D. Yosua, Vice President of Market Data Sales.

"Pat has an excellent sales track record of success in the financial data business and brings a wealth of experience in account relationship management and sales," said Yosua. "Her appointment allows us to keep up with the demands for our data products, including Xcitek Class Actions, which has been well received by existing and prospective clients. We are delighted to welcome Pat to Xcitek's Market Data sales team and are confident that she will make a significant contribution in further expanding our client base."

Reilly brings over 20 years of experience in the areas of financial data and software sales, account relationship management and contract negotiation. Prior to joining Xcitek, Reilly was Director of Data Services and a Relationship Manager at The Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC). In this role, she was responsible for establishing the Data Services Group which involved the sale of products including Corporate Actions and income payment data to third-party providers of front- and back-office service providers as well as investment managers and hedge funds. As Relationship Manager, Reilly managed a global territory and established partnership relationships with high-profile DTCC accounts. At Thomson Financial Securities Management (Muller Data Corporation), Reilly was Regional Sales Manager responsible for establishing the company's global distribution of international data files. She also worked at Interactive Data Corporation where she was Senior Sales Manager, growing revenue and managing accounts with banks, brokerage and insurance companies of global securities pricing and related data.

Reilly is a recipient of several awards and recognition including the DTCC Chairman's Award and Interactive Data President's Club Award.
