Business units
Franck Peltier, formerly Managing Director of the Asia region excluding Japan and Australia, has been appointed to manage the entire Asia region. This region remains highly promising, with organic revenue growth of 20% to 30 June 2006. GL TRADE has 6 offices in the region.

He will be supported by Charles Henry Choël, previously Director of Partnerships and Acquisitions, who will join the Tokyo office as Managing Director. Given his former role, he will also be responsible for monitoring acquisition opportunities in China.

The MENA (Middle East North Africa) Business Unit will be run by Adel Torjmen. His role will be to oversee the expansion of the Group's commercial activities in North Africa and the Middle East along with the management of the Development Centre in Tunisia.

Senior management teams at the other Business Units: GL TRADE Americas, Paris Continental Europe and London Northern Europe, remain unchanged.

Business lines
Richard Gémon, formerly Deputy Director, Products, has been appointed as Director of Development for the Trading Solutions business line. His role will be to promote a new generation of products that are superior to the competition both in the technology that they use and the functional innovations they offer. He will be based in Paris.

Philippe Carré will take on greater responsibilities with his appointment as head of the GL CONNECT product line. This line now brings together specialist solutions for Buy-Side clients and client connectivity systems (including GL NET; GL TRADE's order routing and market data distribution network). GL CONNECT is also responsible for developing the ASP versions of the GL TRADE offer. Philippe Carré will continue to be based in London. Management teams for other product lines remain unchanged.
