Certegy Inc (NYSE: CEY) today announced the appointment of David Riley as managing director of Certegy Card Services, Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary based in the United Kingdom. Mr. Riley will direct Certegy's card processing operations in the U.K. and will oversee Certegy's strategic growth initiatives throughout Europe.
Riley has an extensive business outsourcing career in the financial services, retail and utility industries, and has served in a number of international roles. He most recently served as managing director of Experian's outsourcing business in the U.K., providing services to a number of Europe's largest credit providers, including First National Bank, Barclaycard and Marks & Spencer Financial Services.

"His industry experience, leadership talent and focus on customer service will provide a strong foundation to support our operations and growth objectives in the U.K. and Europe.
Riley is a graduate of Oxford University and holds an MBA from Bradford University.
