TSYS has promoted Keith D. Pierce to group executive of commercial card services.
Mr. Pierce is responsible for account management, production support, business development and strategic planning for the commercial card segment. He reports to William A. Pruett, senior executive vice president for the client services group.
Mr. Pierce joined TSYS in 1985 and has been instrumental in developing and growing TSYS' commercial-card business since 1990. During Mr. Pierce's tenure with the commercial-card division, the company's U.S. market share in this segment has grown to 86 percent. He also led the company's efforts to secure 100 percent of the U.S. Government's commercial-card business by coordinating certification for five key clients.

A native of Columbus, Ga., Mr. Pierce earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Columbus State University, and also graduated from Georgia State University's Management Development Program.
