VSoft Corporation, a global information and technology provider of process improvement tools for financial institutions, recently named Bob Pangrac as sales manager.
Pangrac will be responsible for new VSoft sales and serving existing customers in Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas.

"Bob brings more than two decades of experience in information management and automation software. His leadership will help further VSoft's position as a market leader in financial document management."
Prior to joining VSoft, Pangrac was on the sales management team at Critical Technologies, a second-generation records-management company located in Edmond, Okla. He also held various sales and sales management positions at BancTec, Inc. a provider of data-automation solutions located in Irving, Texas.
Pangrac holds a bachelor of science in business administration from Valparaiso University and a master of business administration from Baldwin-Wallace University.
