Experian names Eric Descombes Mexico country manager

Experian, the global information solutions company, today announced that Eric Descombes has been named country manager of Mexico.

Working with all of Experian's business units, Descombes will be responsible for developing and leading the company's expansion and growth initiatives in Mexico. Descombes will be based in the newly opened Experian office in Mexico City.

"Mexico is an important market for Experian. Our clients and industry leaders in the country are interested in the full scope of Experian's product offerings such as credit and marketing decision support solutions," said Rick Gallagher, executive vice president of Latin America and Canada. "Eric brings a wealth of experience and international knowledge to this position and will play an instrumental role as we continue our expansion efforts in Mexico."

Descombes has nearly 15 years of management experience in business strategy and marketing positions. Most recently, he was general manager of several business units at the Ogilvy Agency in Mexico. Descombes holds a degree in electronics and telecommunications engineering from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.
