Joshua Hodge has been appointed Managing Director of actant North America responsible for sales, marketing and operations. Mr. Hodge, who was previously general manager for actant, Inc., also joins the actant Executive Management team.
Urs Rutschmann, CEO of actant commented, "These moves reflect the substantial development of actant's business in US in the past year, where we have doubled our revenue, doubled our staff, and attracted over 200 clients. We are also lead vendors on CBOE and the ISE and have now successfully launched our service on PCX, BOX and eCBOT. In addition, we are ready to go live on PHLX (awaiting SEC approval) and we are developing an interface on AMEX. This promotion reflects both the success of our business in the US and the importance we attach to our growing customer base going forward."
