ICE names Dee Blake director of regulation
ICE Futures, the regulated futures subsidiary of IntercontinentalExchange, Inc. (NYSE: ICE), the leading electronic energy marketplace, announced that Dee Blake has joined the London- based exchange as Director of Regulation.

Blake has served as a technical specialist in the markets policy area of the U.K. Financial Services Authority (FSA) since 2002. She earlier served as General Counsel of the International Petroleum Exchange, today known as ICE Futures. Blake helped to spearhead the exchange's demutualization from 1998 to 2000.

Blake also was General Counsel/Head of Regulation at Jiway, a joint venture between OM and Morgan Stanley, where she coordinated the Recognised Investment Exchange application for the first pan-European equity trading exchange before the business was transferred to OMLX. She also was responsible for supervision and regulation of the market.
From 1997 to 1998, she served as General Counsel at Tradepoint. She began her legal career at Clifford Chance in 1991 and then joined Crowell & Moring as a Solicitor from 1995 to 1997.
Blake holds a law degree from the University of Bristol.
