Norm Ai has assembled an AI Agent Advisory Committee comprising Chief Technology Officers and AI strategy leaders.

John Stecher, Chief Technology Officer, Blackstone
Jennifer Manry, Head of Corporate Systems, Vanguard
Sastry Durvasula, Chief Operating, Information and Digital Officer, TIAA
Alex Cook, Senior Vice President and Head of Strategic Capabilities, New York Life Insurance Company
Sri Viswanath, Former CTO of Atlassian, Current CEO of Coatue Ventures

Technology has been responsible for deploying software that enables the workforce, but in a world of AI Agents, technology may increasingly be responsible for actually getting the work itself done. The norms for AI Agent deployment must be set by industry leaders collaboratively, including AI governance frameworks that prioritize human oversight.

"We're honored to work so closely with the technology leaders of key institutions," said John Nay, CEO and Founder of Norm Ai. "This committee was formed to convene leading technology executives from large enterprises to serve as a forum to facilitate the development of policies, strategies, and technical and architectural solutions for AI agents."

Growing the Norm Ai Regulatory Advisory Board

Norm Ai is also growing its regulatory advisory board to include the following leaders.

Marshall Sprung, Global Head of Compliance at Blackstone, was previously Co-Chief of the Asset Management Unit of the SEC's Division of Enforcement.
John Douglas, Chief Legal Officer of TIAA, a leading provider of lifetime income solutions, was previously Partner at Davis Polk & Wardwell, heading the firm's bank regulatory practice.
Matthew Watkins, Chief Compliance Officer of Coatue, was previously Chief Compliance Officer - KKR Real Estate and Deputy CCO - KKR Private Markets.

These additions come on the heels of the recent appointment of Sandi Tillotson, Chief Compliance Officer at New York Life Insurance Company, to the Regulatory Advisory Board. The Regulatory Advisory Board is also composed of former regulators, including Susan Dudley, Former White House Regulatory Czar under President George W. Bush, and Ben Lawsky, Former Superintendent of New York State Department of Financial Services.

This announcement comes on the heels of Norm Ai securing $48 million in new funding from notable investors including Vanguard, Blackstone Innovations Investments, Bain Capital, Coatue, Craft Ventures, New York Life Ventures, Citi Ventures, TIAA Ventures, and Marc Benioff. The investment brings Norm Ai's total funding to $87 million, with the collective investors representing more than $15 trillion in assets.

Additionally, the company has recently announced that Troy Paredes - a former SEC Commissioner appointed by President George W. Bush - has joined as Senior Policy Advisor and Head of Capital Markets Strategy to accelerate the company's development of regulatory and compliance AI solutions.
