SunGard appoints Dan Vacca VP and director of sales for WealthStation

SunGard announced today that Dan Vacca has been appointed vice president and director of sales for SunGard's WealthStation.

Based in New York, Mr. Vacca is responsible for generating new business and extending SunGard's integrated wealth management solutions to U.S. community banks and start-up to mid-sized trust companies.

Mr. Vacca has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry with a focus on wealth management. Prior to SunGard, he was director of financial planning at Morgan Stanley, and was chief financial officer for Merrill Lynch's Business Financial Services division. At SunGard, Mr. Vacca will leverage his knowledge and experience in wealth management to provide a more consultative approach to helping customers determine the most effective solution, by fully understanding each customer's unique challenges, competitive advantages and goals for wealth management.
