Ross Haider brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the fintech and payment solutions industry, having held key leadership roles at renowned global brands. Most recently, Haider served as Chief Sales Officer at Flutterwave, a leading African fintech valued at over $3 billion and backed by investors such as Mastercard and Visa. He continues to advise Flutterwave while transitioning to his new role at Sipay.
In his capacity as Chief Global Sales and Revenue Officer, Haider will focus on enhancing Sipay’s market penetration, scaling operations, and optimizing the performance of local and global sales teams. His expertise is expected to accelerate Sipay’s growth in new and existing markets particularly in the UK, Europe and also GCC region where the company recently partnered with Multi Level Group (MLG) to establish the region’s largest embedded finance and payments platform across 17 countries in MENA.
Haider’s career spans various senior sales leadership roles at institutions including Chase Merchant Services, Bank of America Merchant Services, Nuvei, and Moneris. He began his professional journey in Retail and Commercial Banking before transitioning into fintech, where he built a robust track record of driving revenue growth and fostering successful teams across different continents. His profound knowledge of payment technologies, client relationship management, and strategic sales has consistently yielded impressive results for the organizations he has served.
