ALG Software appoints Frederic Laluyaux VP, sales and services

ALG Software, a global provider of Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software and services has appointed Frederic Laluyaux as group vice president sales and services.

Revenue growth for the first quarter (February – April) of 2006 at ALG Software has increased 96% compared to the same quarter in 2005 rising from £3.6 million (US$6.7 million) compared to £1.8 million (US$3.5 million).

Laluyaux, a highly successful sales professional in the corporate performance management market joined ALG Software in 1997. Based in Paris, he was given the responsibility to start-up and grow the French division of the company.

Within five years, Laluyaux had grown the French operation into a fully independent business unit with an enviable client base. In 2002 he was asked to fulfil the role of vice president of North America operations from the Atlanta office, which included driving the sales and marketing strategies across the operation and developing ALG Software's partner relations. In the US he has increased revenue by nearly sixty percent.

A wide range of customers from different industries and geographies have recognised the benefits of ALG Software’s driver-based budgeting and costing applications including Alcoa, the Departments of Agriculture and Labour and the State of California Department of Motor Vehicles in the US, South East Water, BT, Chaucer Syndicates, the Post Office and British Airways in the UK, Credit Agricole SA, Groupe Casino and La Poste in France, Euroclear in Belgium and Alesco in Australia.

Before joining ALG Software, Laluyaux founded Transcribe Technologies, a telecommunication hardware device development company where he managed the technical development and product manufacturing, as well as the global sales and marketing strategy.

Laluyaux holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the MBA Institute – INSEEC Group in Paris, France. He is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
