Capco names Paul Riseborough as UK managing partner

Capco, the global management and technology consultancy, today announced the appointment of Paul Riseborough as Managing Partner for Capco’s business in the UK, effective July 1.

Paul was formerly a Partner in Capco’s UK Banking and Payments practice, working with clients to deliver tailored, customer-focused solutions to help them meet their growth and transformation goals. Based in London, Paul will also become a member of Capco’s global Senior Leadership Team.

A seasoned leader with 20 years of broad financial services industry expertise, Paul joined Capco in March 2023 from Nationwide Building Society, where he was Managing Director and Head of Everyday Banking and also a member of Nationwide’s Executive Leadership Team. At Nationwide, he managed a cross-functional team focused on delivering banking products, services and experiences to their customers and leading a variety of transformation and efficiency programmes.

Prior to that role, Paul was Chief Commercial Officer and a member of the Executive Committee at Metro Bank. He has also worked at Lloyds Banking Group and HBOS.
