New Jersey-based Fundtech is to upgrade its payments and cash management software in support of the latest release of BEA's WebLogic platform, version 8.1.
Fundtech, a strategic partner of BEA, says the new platform promises greater interoperability with clients' infrastructures as well as with new technologies such as Web services and applications utilising J2EE (Java Enterprise Edition).
Gil Gadot, chief technology officer, Fundtech, says: "Fundtech solutions require integration with a wide variety of bank systems, and the new WebLogic Platform 8.1 can enable us to offer our clients greater flexibility to integrate deep into their existing infrastructure and legacy systems, as well as better integration with new systems and technologies."
He says WebLogic Platform 8.1 will be supported in Fundtech's Global Payplus, Payplus for CLS, and Cashplus solutions.
